RNMC – AICTSD National Math Scholar Contest
All India Council for Technical Skill Development
The Ramanujan National Mathematics Challenge (RNMC) is a national-level contest organized by the All India Council for Technical Skill Development (AICTSD) to honor the legacy of mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. It is designed to spark a love for problem-solving, logical reasoning, and applied mathematics among Indian students.
The competition is open to students from middle school through college, with high schoolers especially encouraged to participate. It takes place in multiple stages, beginning with an online exam covering topics like algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and reasoning. Shortlisted students move on to further rounds, which may include additional tests and interviews with subject experts.
Winners receive cash prizes along with trophies, certificates, and recognition as a National Mathematics Scholar. Finalists may also gain access to AICTSD mentorship, internships, and support for future projects.
This contest is not only a chance to test your math skills but also an opportunity to earn recognition at a national level, strengthen your college applications, and join a community of talented problem-solvers.
