About the Scholarship
Backed by the SBI Foundation, this is one of India's largest scholarship programs.
Who can apply: Indian students in
Classes 9–12 (income ≤ ₹3 LPA)
Academic requirement: 75%+ marks (or 7 CGPA) in last exam; relaxation for SC/ST (67.5% / 6.3 CGPA).
Reservation: 50% slots for girls, 50% for SC/ST.
Scholarship amount: ₹15,000. Renewable annually if criteria met.
Application Window: 15 September 2025 - 15 November 2025
Purpose: Support meritorious but low-income students, ensuring financial challenges don’t block access to quality education.
